ixigo app - Ixigo app not refunding the amount

I had booked a flight ticket using Ixigo app from Delhi to Hyderabad to travel on *st August, ****. I had also taken insurance for the same. I cancelled the ticket on **th July as the trip got postponed. The app's cancellation policy states that in case of any cancellation, the refund amount shall be credited in no more than **-** days in to customer's account. It sometimes show as cancellation pending and sometimes it shows as cancellation initiated. It's been almost ** days since I cancelled my ticket but no money has been credited so far. I try reaching out to them but their chat support is automated hence my query goes unanswered each and every time.
