Meesho Comfy Fashionable Women Tops and Tunics - Its been 2 monts parcel returned but not received

My mom order kurti from meesho which was incorrect in size so she returned it but meesho not refunded our money after than i called their customer care executive when i call first they told me to wait for * days i waited after thatv* days i called them again this time they asked me for my bank statement on mail i sent them mail on that they replied that you will receive refund within * days i waited for ** days i didn't received and so i called them again and so this is going on i called them they asked for statement and telling me to wait for *-* days
Last i called them * days back where * senior executive told me that i guaranteed you will receive your refund within **hrs its been * days still the situation is same....just yesterday they mail me again and asking me for statement again...i m tired of calling them and sending them mail its been * months i didn't get any resolution and so i decided to come here hope here you will help to out this I've all the mails and some call recordings
