I bought * tickets To and From of me my mom and sis from Bangalore to Jodhpur *th May **** and Jodhpur to Chennai *nd June ****. Due to pandemic all got cancelled so the airlines gave to option either *.Cancel and get Full refund *.Validity till **December **** so i opted to cancel with full refund so thats why i went to airindia airport office in madurai to cancel there i got to know that one of my ticket got automatically cancelled by airline Rahul Purohit Bangalore to Jodhpur *th May **** others where still open , so this was said by the airindia employee only after he said i got to know and so he told its may so better call customer care and tell what happened so they will full refund you and so i did that and after on **th October **** i wanted to cancel the other * tickets and so contacted and mailed to airindia that i want to cancel so they asked for RA NUMBER from travel agency so sent that mail to travel agency so they asked me the reason so i said i want to cancel and get full refund for all tickets and so they told we can do that claim and send you full refund and they asked me documents and i helped them with all documents they needed so after they told it will take ** to ** days for this process and get your refund back waited from (**th October **** to ** January ****) no reply no refund when i contacted them they told they is delay and we have not received the money from airline yet as soon as we recieve we will send wait for another week again contacted ** or ** january and said the said stuff and i contacted every week and from ** jan **** to ** feb **** till today i have not received any refund so i contacted the airline to know who is lying/cheating/frauding so i sent all * tickets attached to mail asking the status and whether refunded or not and they its been refunded and they told this on ** December **** and i will attach all the documents and i request you please help me to get refund with interest and some more case on them so that in future they dont repeat this behaviour with any other client
