Hi this is manthan gopani owner of * tata cars tiago and harrier.
This cars were bought because didnt want to spend my money on an international brand.( but now my next car wont be tata )
this is the *nd time my harrier has been given for claim work on **th of june **** and today that is **th of September **** and still the car is with them.
I experienced the delay in my first claim at wasan motors mumbai chembur so i changed the service center to richard garage andheri marol.
And still the problem is the same and they dont have a perfect date of delivery of my car .
I have delayed my (out of town)trip for * times because i didnt have a car and wasnt provided with a spare vehicle which usually is given by other brands.
So now despite of complaining * times on tata customer care they( richard garage) still dont have a perfect date for the delivery of my car.
This is an serious issue for a leading car maker of india.
I am a business man as well , so i know the difference between selling a product and giving an after sale services and which is more important.
Selling becomes more easy with a proper after sale services is what i have experienced at a young age.
I hope tata will take it seriously.
And try to provide better service to other customers because tata has just lost this customer.
I hope i get some concession for this negligence or benefits or complimentary services.
