Mc Donald’s - Items were missing and also wrong items delivered

I have received wrong items which was delivered and few items were missing too. Double error in one order. Also, I have clearly mentioned Coca Cola without ice cubes under cooking instructions, they deliver me Fanta with ice cubes.
