Dealshare - Items not delivered

On **/**/**** I booked some items through Dealshare App. On **/**/** one delivery agent called me and enquired about my Address and informed he would deliver the items. But he never turned up. When I called him at *PM he told he would deliver on next day. But in App items delivered message has come. But when I called on next day he informed he didn't have the items. Hence I request to take action on such fraud Apps to protect the interests of people.
