Nursery live - Items Not delivered

The items were ordered on **nd june. As per their policy the items should have been shipped in * to ** days. Its been * weeks there is no shipping done, neither there is a way to contact them. Its a fraud company i feel with so many complaints. I would like to have a refund if the amount. And the company should be banned so that no one gets into such a situation.
