Pragati Packers & Movers - Items not delivered to location committed by movers

I booked Pragati Packers and Movers’ service to move my items from Delhi to Dimapur on the *th of Jan ****. * weeks after pick up they refused to deliver to Dimapur halfway into the journey, and asked me to collect the items from Guwahati instead. They also refused to refund me the money for the travel/hiring of the truck that I had to do on my own to move the items from Guwahati to Dimapur.
Attached is the receipt/bill details that was made after the items were packed and loaded into the truck, meaning they knew full well how much items were to be transported.
