Chennai packers and movers - Items not delivered on time

We shifted house hold items from coimbatore to hyd, the consignment no was *****, items was supposed to be delivered on *rd feb for which the items was taken on **th jan from cbe, but it was delivered on *th feb.
Madhavi was one point of contact but that female was yelling and did not responded properly and said she was not the right person to contact.
I told her clearly it items are not delivered on time then pending payments will not be delivered.
On *th morning items were waiting for delivery and they claimed after pending payment of *k only items will be delivered.
We fighted a lot but madhavi was harsh towards and disconnected the call by saying if you pay we will pay and can't argue early in the morning as.
Because of this bloody female got mentally disturbed and mind pressure.
