Gati Express Packers Movers - Items missing from storage

In October ****, the packers and movers packed my stuff from my rented flat and took it for storage at their warehouse. After packing all the stuff, the executive called me and informed that there were ** items. While making a list at the warehouse, I was sent a list of ** items. On further inquiry, Ajay told me that several small boxes had been put inside one big box, thus leaving us with ** items only. In August ****, I recalled my stuff back. I found out that some of the items were missing from the storage boxes. On *th September, **** I informed Ajay of the same. However, since then it has become impossible to contact him. He is not very cooperative and does not reply to our messages or calls. If I call him from an unknown number he picks up and gives an excuse and delays providing any updates. Once he starts recognizing a new number, he does not pick up the call after that. I have tried to get in touch with him several times, but with no response from is end. I even asked him to help me claim insurance and provide the details for the same and since then he has stopped responding to me completely.
