Shopcules - Items did not deliver

I did not get my item. The items were essential, without that I can not move outside. Their last word like "I agree, that essential product can be deliver but in your case product is not available. However, if you wish you can wait. Meanwhile, delivery will be done if products is available in stock again.".My issues are that *. why they wasted my times? *. Why they accepted the order?
