I have visited Ikea hyderabad store and I have purchased dinner set. As the dinner set is a sealed piece I haven't opened at the store. But when I was back home I noticed broken pieces inside the sealed pack. How can this be rectified and I need replacement or refund of the item.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
