I ordered Amul Masti Butter milk spiced pack of two, but received Britannia Lassi.

Kindly send the original item which I have paid for or refund my money into my bank account.

I have sent you several emails but no reply. Should I have to take the matter up in the Consumer court.

However, I have only been created with Rs **/- which is not acceptable.
You are requested to kindly credit a further amount of Rs **/- for the second order.

I fail to understand why you are avoiding the details for purchase of two Amul Masti Butter milk spiced pack, but you have only refunded Rs **/- for one pack, balance Rs **/- is still due for the second pack.

Treat this as most urgent.

As per your email you requested more time to look into the matter for refund of balance Rs **/- for non receipt of my items specified in the email. However, no action has been taken from your end and you have remained silent on the issue.

In this regard it is pointed out to check your CC TV camera recording from where the items were dispatched and you will get a clear picture.

The lapse of your packing staff has caused problem for me and delay in my refund.

I cannot understand how much more time you require to settle this issue. You have CCTV from which you can verify whether the item was packed or not.
From your email it seems that you are trying to delay the payment into my account.
I made the purchase on **.**.**** along with other items, bud did not receive the two packs of Amul Masti Butter milk spiced pack. Verify this from your end whether it was packed, even your delivery boy mentioned that the mistake was made by packing staff and it is not his fault.
Almost a month has passed and you are sitting on the matter instead of solving the problem.
Does it take more than a month to solve this?
I have all your e-mails, and if it is further delayed, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer court.
Just don't keep making excuses.

Hello, you are sending the same reply you sent earlier and tarnishing the Reliance image just delaying and seeking more time when all you got to do is check CCTV coverage. It seems you are a fraud and not interested to solve customer cases.
You are being paid to trick the customers and not give them their outstanding dues.
There is a God above who will punish you for your wrong doings when you least expect it.
