Meesho - Item returned but refund not processed

I received an untidy and apparently used product from Meesho and when I placed return order selecting the exact reason, the pickup partner never visited me but happen to update status as quality check failed and pickup failed. I raised pickup request again and again same happened. After * failed trials, Meesho support raised pickup on my behalf and Delhivery partner finally visited me and said that he will be back in the evening with a transport to carry the return package. He did not visited again and this time the status updated to failed as unable to reach me. I went to Meesho app to request another pick-up. Next day the Delhivery pickup guy visits me a took the package. I got pickup confirmation from "Delhivery" as well as Meesho business account by evening. Moreover Meesho sms mentioned that refund will be credited soon.
I did not received refund so called customer care again and they raised complaint on my behalf. Post that, I received so many emails asking proofs for which I shared both the pickup confirmation messages from Delhivery as well as Meesho business account. But they have been closing the complain stating I do not have pickup slip. And asking me to contact the person who visited me to pickup package. I have tried calling the number of pickup person but not response. This has been a real pain everyday doing what Meesho is supposed to do for me. I'm mentally stressed and unable to focus on my job due to the Meesho support team's unhelpful and irresponsible nature.
I would need support to resolve this issue of refund. Moreover there is definitely a language barrier between pickup person and myself considering my nativity and residence. Meesho should have taken complete ownership of the concern raised.
