Both were listed as "Free Size," leaving me with no option to select a specific fit. *. Lack of Disclosure: At the time of purchase, there was no prominent mention or disclaimer stating that these items were "Non-Returnable" or "Non-Exchangeable" due to being sale items. *. Fitness for Purpose: Upon delivery on **th February, the items were found to be extremely tight and the necklines were inappropriately deep, making them unwearable. *. The representative denied my request for an exchange, citing a "sale policy" that was not made clear during the transaction. Furthermore, they claimed "Free Size" products are ineligible for exchange, which is contradictory to standard e-commerce practices when a product does not fit the consumer.
