Ali Express - Item received in Dead Status

i have received an email stating that within * days you need to respond with video evidence ; i obeyed and replied them within * hours but after sending the itself they might have closed the dispute.
I am posting the problem video!
Henceforth please don't behave with me so harsh as you people closed the dispute,?
I am unaware why the you people closed
