GROHE INDIA PVT LTD - Item paid for but not delivered by Dealer

Ordered Grohe F-SERIES MULTISHOWER ***MM
WALL MOUNTED ******** and paid the full amount in advance through their dealer, Ashirvad Agencies, Vijayawada. The quotation had the correct product number however it seems the dealer ordered the wrong item and tried to deliver CEILING MOUNTED shower. We pointed out it was the wrong item and the dealer said he will reorder and deliver the correct item in three weeks. This was in April ****. Till date, the dealer didn't deliver the item nor did he refund the amount paid. Dealer made several dishonest claims e.g. order already placed, will be delivered in two weeks etc. but seems nothing has been done. I need Grohe to work with their dealer and get them to refund the money or deliver the item immediately.
