Ezeedeals - Item not working

I have ordered a smartwatch from ezeedeals.in online shopping site of Rs ****/-. I have wrongly selected the COD option while making the payment. So I tried to cancel the same but it is not happening. The delivery boy is also refused to take the product back. So, paid the amount and accept the product. When I tried to start the watch after installing the battery it is not starting. Even after charging it is no started. As per their refund policy, I sent a mail for a refund of the product on **-**-**** but after ** days I have not received any revert from them. Their customer care no is also not working. So there is no mean to communicate with them.
