gapfill enterprises - item not returned or replaced even in guarantee period

i have ordered G Gapfill Flawless Epilator from Gapfill Enterprises through Paytm and made payment through same. the item worked only once. I raised queries on Paytm support, from there I got enterprise's email I'd and contact no. Since then, I called them multiple times and also emailed emailed once. But the enterprise never picked up my call or replied to my mail.
