Snap Deal Online Shopping - Item not return

I bought one item ( Elite black wedges heel) from sanpdeal on **nd Apr’** and due to small size it was replaced with large size on *th may’**.
But still size of this item is small for me and I was again requested to snapdeal for return of this item on **th May’** but still they not pick my item. I sent many time mail for requested to help desk of snap deal. But no response received from snapdeak team. Today (**th jun’**) i received call from snap deal and she told me that they will not pick this item because ur return ratio was increase but this type of information not found during the bought of product.
I asked for her about this policy but she told me this is not written Policy so we will not show u.
