hairaccessories azraa official - Item not received

I have placed an order of an hair accessory on this instagram page on payment of entire amount. She promised me that the item would be sent at the earliest. However no update was received. When enquired she replied after several hours with a picture of cover with my name and courier track number on it. Then she messaged saying, 'its shipped and order closed'. On receipt of the package, it was seen that he sent only half of the item. Only on messaging her with picture, she said thats only half and remaining half will be shipped soon. Later she stopped responding and no update as to whether its shipped. I informed her that accessory was for a specific function and i cannot search for the same by going out of the house in the last minute. She replied saying "Have some patience". she wasnt even sorry. One day before the function, she says "if u dont trust us, we will refund". what is the point of refund if the purpose of the order is not served. Never came across such an arrogant person.
