Shoppingbazar99 - Item not received nor money refunded

In response to a telephone call from one Mr. Karan Sharma of shopping** group, I was promised any electronic good as they are having an offer. I selected a smart Led Television **" - for an amount of ***** payable in * monthly installments. The first installment was paid through Paytm. After two days, he called up again saying that since a Gst bill has to be attached with the shipment, he needed the full payment, which was sent again by Paytm. Then on *th Jan ****, he called up and sent a mail, saying that some tax clearance is required for which another **** is required and that this amount would be fully refundable. Since then, till today I have been after these people for a refund as I was sure that they are taking me a ride. They keep on asking time and the result is that neither the parcel nor the refund has come. The latest date given is **th April but am sure that the same story would be repeated again and again.
