Raushan kumar - Item not picked up

On **june i booked a pickup service from delhivery they i had already paid the charges and the pickup date was given by them was ** june but no one contacted me on that day. I think it will be done on ** june but on ** no one contacted me and when i tracked the parcel it was showing item cancelled by the seller. I have to send the parcel urgently when i tried to contact them but there call was not connecting and i had mailed two emails but till now i didn't received any reply. I have to suffer financial and Goodwill loss due there pathetic service. AwB no. :- *************.
