Capital Float - Item not ordered in amazon not received Capital Float Financier claims that i have to pay EMI

Receiving calls from Capital Float for paying EMI against item purchased from Amazon but I have not purchased any Item from Amazon. Capital Float company are not showing any proof of purchase from my side & also they are taking my photo, personal details like PAN, DL from their phone while talking to them and whatsapping me instantly. I suspect cyber crime by capital float company.Also they are threatening me for legal action.
