Amazon.in And Vamja Store - item not delivered

I ordered for rachis ( DMS RETAIL Different Pattern Multi Rudraksha Rakhi Set for Brother with Roli Chawal-Set of *) online on ** July **** and make payment online. The expected date of delivery was ** July ****. This order was given through amazon.in website. The rakhis were to be sent directly to my wife’s brother for Raksha Bandhan which is a festival of great importance in India. I wrote several times to the dealer on Amazon’s website to deliver rakhis before Raksha Bandhan positively. But they never responded and never delivered the Rakhis till Raksha Bandhan. It created problems in the relationship between my wife and her brother. Amazon.in too never intervenes in the matter.
Now I request you that action should be taken against Amazon.in and the dealer Vamja store.
My money should be returned and a big penalty should be imposed on Amazon.in and Vamja store.
