I placed an order for a dress on **/**/****. Order ID O*********.At the time of ordering, the dispatch time was mentioned as ** working days. When the product was not dispatched within that time, I contacted them and was told that the dispatch time is ** working days.After waiting again and enquiring once more, they informed me that the dispatch time is ** working days. Now it has been *** days since I placed the order, but the item has still not been dispatched.I have requested a refund several times through email and DM, but the only response I keep receiving is “your order is under processing.”They also do not answer the contact number provided. This kind of service is very disappointing and unprofessional. I request them to either dispatch the item immediately or refund my money without further delay.
