Aachho Jaipur Pvt Ltd - Item not delivered

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Aachho Jaipur Pvt. Ltd. regarding my prepaid order (Order No. ******) placed on ** March ****, which has still not been delivered. Despite making full payment in advance, I have neither received my order nor any credible update regarding its status. This inordinate delay, without any communication, is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in service. I have made repeated attempts to contact the customer care through the provided phone number, but no calls have ever been answered. It appears that the number is merely a formality to mislead customers rather than provide actual support. Additionally, I reached out through the app, but received no response whatsoever.
As a final step, I escalated the matter to your grievance officer, where I was given an assurance that I would receive a response within ** hours. However, even that assurance proved to be false, as no response or resolution has been provided to date.
The company’s conduct demonstrates clear negligence, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practices. It is evident that after collecting payment, there is a complete lack of accountability or intention to resolve customer issues. I am not alone in facing this issue—many other customers appear to be experiencing similar problems, which raises serious concerns about this business. Rather than improving their team to provide better services they hired someone to delete all negative comments from social media to trap new customers.
I have suffered unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss due to this company.
I hereby demand the following:
Immediate ***% refund of the full amount paid for Order No. ****** with double compensation (Total INR ****.**) for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
