Seller amazon - item not delivered

i purchased a generator from amazon.i made the payment.seller has sent me a fake DTDC dispatched document and printed bill of the genrator to my name.i haven't got the genrator set. immediately after invoiced me he priced up that item. he actually don't want to give me that item on that priced where as he accepted my order.now he looking for excuse.not to deliver on old price.
