I had placed an order for a white forest cake delivery on *th June **** for *th June **** delivery. Which never came through and when we contacted we were given a lame excuse that the cake melted half way and were told that a redelivery would be initiated, which again didn't for next few days. Later, we were told we will be compensated with chocolate and Bonzei even that is yet to arrive. Our calls are unanswered many times and always a lame excuse is given or we are put on hold and then the call is dropped.
