Based on an ad in facebook, I had ordered for a kitchen item on **.**.**** and had paid through my credit card. Till date I have neither received the product nor any reply from them. Please initiated action against facebook for having allowed the ad and Razorpay for having allowed the translation, without proper verification of the credentials of the seller and the seller who is defrauding many people since several months
