HP Laserjet Pro - Item not delivered

I have ordered and paid for HP laserjet Pro M** printer at Gizmoshop.in on March *, ****. After a week he sent a mail to say some technical problem from his side which has been resolved and my product will delivered soon. Again after a week the same excuse but this time he said seeing its been delayed for a long time he said if I don't want the product he will refund the money but asked me to send my bank details. I was hesitant to give my bank details to him so wrote to him to say I am still interested in the product. Since then I have written to CCavenue people also. There is no reply from Gizmoshop.in and now I don't even see his webpage on the net.
