eshopie in - Item not delivered

I ordered an item "Musical Children Carrier Ride On Toy Electric baby walker kids Swing Car with light" from website "eshopie.in" which was online store on Shopify on the date of *rd February nearly about ** AM in the morning. The item was worth Rs. ***. Today I'm writing this complaint on the **th February, **:** PM, because they said they will deliver item in *-* days. They also have my personal information such as my full name, mobile number, complete address of my home and my debit card details. So I hope proper solution, support and help will be provided to me.
