i have ordered (order no. Int*****) a mi redmi airdots true wireless earphones xiaomi by making a payment of rs. ****/- on **th february **** (invoice no. INV-*****). but till date, i have not received the item. i have tried several times to contact the company through landline as well as emails, but there was no response. hence i request you to kindly take necessary action to get the refund of rs.****/- from the company at the earliest please.
