About Factory - ITEM NOT DELIVERED OR NOT GET ANY REFUND

I had purchased a *****mAh Power Bank with Free i* Wireless from aboutfactory.com website and in this regard I had made full payment on **.**.**** through razorpay.com. But till date I have neither get the goods nor get any response from their office.
I had checked from razorpay.com which read as under:
"Showing results for pay_Fgy*fvfP*uRUB* Payment was successfully settled to the Merchant Your payment of ₹ *** made towards Radiant International has been successful. We request you to contact Radiant International for any update on the service or to initiate a refund in case the service/goods were not delivered

I have sent e-mail communication on **.**.**** and **.**.**** but not get any response.
