Fashion dairy - Item not delivered Amount not Refunded

I ordered a top of RS *** from www.fashiondairy.in on *st Nov ** but till now neither I have received my order nor I got my money back. unable to track my order. The number given by them is fake and continuously coming to be switched off. I have also marked a mail to them but got no revert. Feeling cheated and helpless. Pls help
