Alankritha by reshma - Item not delivered

Hi Team,

Firstly thank you for this initiative and help for consumers . Order placed for * dresses on **st August **** , I was forced to pay soon saying few are available and designer will contact for other color and size details later no proper response after several followups and mentioned as ** to ** days which has completed as well still did not receive any update or product. However as soon as I mentioned i would raise complaint immediately I received response which shows they are ignoring to respond. Kindly assist on this..
