JJ Cargo Movers - Item Not Delivered

I have booked (* bike,* bed, * Office Chair and * bag of house hold items) on tth Nov (the worst day) with JJ Cargo from Delhi to Jhaha (Bihar). The owner Rinku Kaushik promised me a delivery of *-* working days. Now it started turning worst when i had to start chasing them. I called their employess: Sandeep, Satish and Owner Rinku kaushik for more then *** times (call records and Message details attached). They did not even bother to update me about my parcel. At more pain i received my parcel after ** days that too Chair is still missing ( they are not giving me chair) , My bike was badly broken.
When i called them asking about my Missing Chair they said we are checking and its been more than ** days they have not even bothered to update me about where my product it.

They are the biggest Fraud i have seen in my entire life. I want to file a consumer complaint and to take proper action against JJ Cargo Movers.

I also request you to please banned this company as they are unprofessional, ill mannered. They even dont speak nicely.
