Ratnamson fountain pen of Rs. **** is missing from the parcel delivered to my security gate. Received the parcel with clear signs of tampering and pen has been removed / stolen. Complaint has also been lodged with India Post.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
