I ordered a charger. Only the adapter was received and not the cables. I went to chat support and they were indirectly blaming me for this. The support executive "Wasim" Was very rude and not even listening to me. He disconnected the chat and call in my face. I got no resolution and this kind of service is unfair.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
