Theshoppingdealz.com - Item mismatch

Greetings,

I order for ***gb memory card and **gb pen drive, and I received **gb memory card and **gb pen drive.

On memory card there was a sicker glued stating that it was a ***gb memory card and on removing the sticker I found it to be **gb memory card.

The pendrive received was also was not as described in the website and doesn't work either. The description stated it t be metal body with hook and what I received was plastic built.

I tried contacting the customer care in the given number "Call us @ **********" and find the number to be switched off till date. Also on e-mail i only get an automated response and nothing else.

I strongly feel that the seller is involving in fraudulent activity. I request for the delivery of the correct item or refund of my money
