I ordered * boat earpodes from flipkart.one for my father and one for me.todaybi received the parcel.which is not connecting to my phone as well my father's phone.now I don't want to keep the product but the seller is not processing return and refund process.and says that they can only replace the product if the product is defective.and asking me to change my phoneset.
