CASA Furnishing https www casafurnishing in - Item Delivered does not match specs on website

I am writing to you about a furniture purchase I made online from Casa furnishing https://www.casafurnishing.in.


The product I ordered is as per the link. https://www.casafurnishing.in/product/stylish-wooden-sofa-sheesham-wood/.

I live in Dubai and I purchased the product for my parents in India. I paid Rs ***** for the Product, attached is the order confirmation fyr.

The item received is nothing close to the item on the website. I have attached herewith a picture clearly showing the difference between the item received and item on the website.

When I approached the Seller (Casa Furnishing +** **********) they do not respond to my queries or concerns, the PIC Mr Sohail gave me a number of their supplier (Mr Rahul +************). The Supplier when questioned agreed that the product
does not match the picture but he is unable to make any commitments for exchange. Instead he says he will give a discount of **%, which does not cut the cost.

I have attached Whatsapp communication with Seller for easy reference.

Please advise what action i can take against the seller to replace the item or provide a refund.
