The item was not shipped.
Order cancelled by Vlebazaar on **.**.**** and Customer care informed on phone that refund for the order is scheduled on ****-**-**.
But on **.**.**** the order amount of Rs **,***.** was transferred in wallet.
Thereafter I have made numerous calls to vlebazaar customer care, but as soon as I ask for refund of the amount back to my credit card, they just stop talking and abruptly disconnect the phone. This has been going on since **.**.****.
I have opened a chat with vlebazaar with ID [#P**-Y**-M*JB] but not getting proper reply about refund back to original payment method ( credit card ).
I have also emailed to support@vlebazaar on the issue but have not received any response about the refund back to original payment method ( credit card ).
