Woodland Commerce Private Limited - Item automatically cancelled by the admin and not getting refund even after 1 months

I have ordered a pair of boots from Woodland website and paid it through online, after a day they were showing that the order was cancelled by admin and after that I called the woodland customer care several times but no one picked the call I emailed them they replied but still it's been more than * month and not getting the money back.
