Olymp Trade - It s been more than 30 days haven t recieved the withdrawal

I have been options trading lately on new brokers. I tried out olymp trade deposited *** but and made some profit. I withdrawal the money and according to them they sent the money.But i haven't recieved any money credited in my credit card. Every time i try contacting their support it's seem they just making me repeat the things and their support specialist talks like a robot. They asked me for the statement and everything, i have given them everything and still haven't received anything from them.They were supposed to call me for better explanation of my loss but I haven't received any call Everytime they just rotate things.
