It's been * month still I didn't recieve my prepaid order from fashchic ** website and they are not even responding to my emails and messages ..
I had prepaid ₹**** .. but there is no confirmation of receiving my parcel..I ordered it on **th July ...still didn't receive it and there's no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
