Volans Informatic Private Limited - It s a call center for debt collections company based in Noida India

I left Volans Informatic Private Limited company on *th Oct **** and i was told I will receive my Full & Final after ** days which I understand but it was close to ** days and i did not receive any email or a call from the company so I called up the company H.R but person who was the H.R in that company left so I called up my Team leader, My team leader left the company too so, I got the number of the new H.R ( Gaurav ) and ask about my Full & Final but did not get response for couple of days so i mention i will file a complain or get help from Northeast helpline than i receive a response saying i will get my Full & Final on **th Dec **** I said why is that as per the offer letter its clearly mention any employee leaving the company will get the Full & Final after ** days and its already **days so why is this, the H.R said i told you what can be done, On **th Dec **** i did not receive my Full & Final so i message through whatsapp and the H.R and he did not response to my message so i whatsapp the director ( Amit Harswardhan) than he said he promise I will get my Full & Final on **th Dec **** but again on ** Dec at about *pm i check my messages if i hav receive any message from bank about funds been added but no message so i message the director of the company Amit in whatsapp he saw my message and did not response...
