OOMA CYBER SOLUTION Pvt Ltd - IT Job not delivered as promised

I had outsourced a IT job(website,android and ios) application to a company based in Kochi.(OOMA CYBER SOLUTION Pvt Ltd, A: *nd Floor, Al-Fia Building, Opposite Reserve Bank of India, Kaloor, Kochi – ******)
As promised they were to deliverte job on March **th **** after many changes in delivery date. Till now they havent delivered and now they are asking * more months to complete the job.
I have already spent lot of time, money and even lost the trust of my client. My client is asking money for the losses they are suffering as license cost, electricity bill etc .
