ACT Digital TV has distributed the areas in Bangalore and no other service provider is allowed in the premise Suncity Apartments, Sarjapur Road Bangalore. First, they asked the residents to pay in person to their representative. On paying that it did not update on their portal and connection got disconnected. To enable that they asked to pay online on their website. On paying online their services again got disconnected. Then they asked to do channel selection in another portal and pay there. Which I did with a lot of hassles. Now again the channels are gone even on paying. They are not taking any responsibility. There is no customer care. A number exists but it never gets connected. There is a number for appellate and nodal officers but it redirects to customer care. Overall they are a fraud organisation with no ethical value.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
