I have bought a mobile on finance from home credit and chosen safe pay scheme which includes payment skip option. After that company refuse to skip my payment and rudely forced me to pay the payment. Even after as following the company rules I have contacted customer care * days earlier. Please take some strict action against this cheater finance company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
